Why Structural Engineers Are Choosing Helical Piles (Screw Piles)
One of the difficulties of establishing the foundation of any structure, is to reliably understand the real-world performance over time. The nature of installing helical piles (screw piles) requires the use of a high powered drill head to rotate the pile into the earth, which allows measurement of the torque and can thereby accurately predict the load capacity.
